Armed Forces Day Picnic on the Green

Parish Councillors, members of ATC Pirbright, Al Pinkerton MP, the Mayor Cllr Jane Tyson, members of SCC and GBC came together to Open the 2026 ARMED FORCES DAY on Saturday 27 June. This event provided free entertainment and a free fun dog show. Military Bands played, along with other performances by the Air Cadets, Raiders Performing Arts and Brookwood Primary School. There was a Kukhri Display and a performance by Kings International Drama Club. There was a free climbing wall, free archery and lots of fun and interactive stands and stalls and Police vehicles to explore.
Free parking was provided in the field opposite Pirbright Terrace.
