Requesting A Booking
We use the online system, Hallmaster, for our bookings. To request a booking please use the below scheduler, following these instructions.
Please make sure you choose All Rooms from the drop box at the top of the scheduler. Click the + symbol on the date and room you wish to book. If you are making a booking request for the first time then the sytem will require you to enter your contact details and create a password, which allows you to track your booking status along with any changes, view your invoice and see any payments linked to your booking.
Your booking request will be sent to the Secretary. Once the Secretary has aproved your booking you will recieve an email informing you that your request has been confirmed.
