Kitchen

Should you request the use of the kitchen.  There are two separate charges involed.

"Light use" will give you access to the plumbed-in hot water urn to provide tea and coffee and the Hall's tea cups.

"Full use" will allow you to use the Oven, plumbed-in hot water urn and all of the Hall's crockery.

Please be specific with which option you require when booking the Hall.

 

Please be aware that a change of 10.5% is added to your final fee to provide you with the appropriate Hirer's Liability Insurance required to hold your events at Lord Pirbright's Hall. For those hirer's with the appropriate PL Insurance of their own, please provide a copy to the Secretary, Catheirne Loots. Any outside companies assisting with your event should provide you with a copy of their PL Insurance. 

Heating Surcharge will be added during the months from October to April - This is a charge per hour on each room that has been booked.  Please see the Hall's standard charge for more details.
